TLDR
The results of the study confirm that digitalization is not only a tool for improving project indicators, but also the foundation for forming a new construction paradigm - more accurate, transparent, environ-mentally friendly and focused on sustainable development.
Abstract
Abstract. The comprehensive impact of digitalization on improving the design performance of faciliti-es is studied and the tasks and opportunities for organizing construction in the context of digital trans-formation are outlined. Digitalization is considered a key factor in the modernization of the construc-tion industry, ensuring the integration of modern technologies into all stages of the facility's life cycle - from conceptual design to operation. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of BIM mode-ling, digital twins, big data analytics, cloud platforms, automated control systems and virtual reality tools, which contribute to increasing the accuracy of design solutions, optimizing costs, improving logi-stics, quality control and the effectiveness of communication between participants in the construction process.
The study identifies the main tasks facing the organization of construction in the context of digitaliza-tion. Among them are the need to form digital competence of personnel, adapt the regulatory framework to new conditions of digital interaction, ensure cybersecurity, and integrate digital tools into management, planning and control processes. It is also important to create conditions for interdisciplinary cooperation between architects, engineers, economists and IT specialists, which allows for a comprehen-sive approach to construction project management.Digitalization opens up wide opportunities for the organization of construction. In particular, automa-tion of management processes helps reduce the number of errors, accelerate decision-making and increase productivity. The use of digital twins allows you to model the behavior of objects in real time, predict risks and optimize operation. Big data analytics provides a deep understanding of processes, allows you to form effective management strategies and make informed decisions. Cloud platforms and mobile applications improve communication between project participants, ensure transparency and control at all stages of implementation. The results of the study confirm that digitalization is not only a tool for improving project indicators, but also the foundation for forming a new construction paradigm - more accurate, transparent, environ-mentally friendly and focused on sustainable development. The proposed conclusions can be used to develop management decisions, educational programs, strategies for digital transformation of enterpri-ses, as well as to improve regulatory and legal regulation in the construction sector..
