This article identified 17 CSFs from the literature survey and the responses of questionnaire from various targeted respondents which include ERP Vendors, ERP Customers and ERP implementing companies and analyzed the questionnaire responses using Grey Relational Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process for finding the CSFs contribution to the success of ERP project management.
