Abstract
Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) play a crucial role in modern organizations by automating employeerelated operations and improving workflow efficiency. This paper presents Hirezenix, a web-based HRMS designed to integrate
employee management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and leave management into a unified system. Built usingmodern technologies such as Next.js and React, the system emphasizes usability, scalability, and role based access control. Thestudy also reviews recent advancements (2024–2026) in HR technologies, including AI-driven automation and cloud-basedsystems. The proposed solution demonstrates improved operational efficiency, reduced manual errors, and enhanced decisionmaking capabilities.
