Health Effects of the Mid-Life Years among Navy Enlisted Men

Results show that third decade enlistees have considerably higher hospitalization rates than the second decade cohort for 10 of the 16 major diagnostic categories; the largest differences are observed for Endocrine, Metabolic, and Nutritional Diseases, Circulatory Diseases, Supplementary Classifications, and Diseases of the Digestive System.
