Genomic regions governing the biosynthesis of sucrose and raffinose family oligosaccharides in soybean

The novel QTLs identified in the study can improve efficiency of marker assisted breeding for development of soybean genotypes with targeted levels of sucrose and RFOs which can serve as special raw material to process good quality soy products and can fetch premium price to the farmers.
