Genome structural evolution in Brassica crops

Correcting organizational errors of the Brassica A, B and C genomes reveals the conserved structure of each genome across species and genome evolutionary pathways, which enabled a global gene nomenclature system for the cultivated Brassica species and a methodology to elucidate the genomic impacts of alien introgressions.
