This project aimed to model the structures of these proteins and predict key molecular interactions between them, and was successful in modeling the structure of ANGPTL3, Angiopoietin-like family of proteins, and endothelial lipase monomers, as well as the more physiologically relevant ANG PTL3 trimers and ANGPTl3-ANGPTL8 complexes.
