The article is devoted to the substantiation of the features of career guidance work at school in the context of digital transformation of education, as a comprehensive preparation of students for a conscious choice of a future profession, taking into account personal qualities, interests, abilities; the problem of professional self-determination of high school students, which is becoming especially relevant in the context of the modern rapidly changing labor market, where new specialties appear and old ones disappear.
