EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

This article assesses the effectiveness of digital solutions in managing investment and construction projects. Key areas of digitalization and the institutional and organizational conditions for integration are examined. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the factors influencing the effectiveness of digital tools. The effectiveness of digital solutions in managing investment and construction projects is determined by a combination of technological and institutional factors. Key areas include standardization of digital processes, training of qualified personnel, regulatory support, and the development of an integrated digital ecosystem for interaction between market participants. Based on an analysis of domestic sources, it is concluded that systemic digitalization increases project transparency, optimizes investment processes, and promotes the competence of constructi on market participants.
