Abstract
The article examines modern trends related to the spread of the concept of sustainable development in domestic infrastructure sites, including the development of strategic directions for innovative development taking into account ESG principles. The best practices and features of sustainable development management in technology parks such as Technopolis-Moscow, Elma, Morion Digital, Lenpoligrafmash are studied, key tasks for ensuring sustainable development in infrastructure sites are identified based on the provisions of STO 92618038–001–2023.
