Abstract
: The regulation effect of male and female students in the relation between perception on lifelong learning and protean career attitude were identified. To this end, we conducted a regression analysis on the effect of perception of lifelong learning on protean career attitude for college students with the use of tools utilized in empirical studies by Wielkiewicz & Mevwissen, and Cho Hyung-rae and Park Yong-ho, respectively, targeting students going to four-year-college. To identify the regulation effect, an analysis using PROCESS Macro for SPSS program was carried out. The results are as follows. First, the college students’ perception of lifelong learning was significantly related to their protean career attitude. Second, when the male and female students were moderator variables, the effect of the female students’ perception of lifelong learning on protean career attitude was further strengthened
