Dog training assistance system

This paper presents an innovative dog training assistance system, merging a robotic dog with gesture recognition technology using Mediapipe. The focus is on leveraging dog's natural imitative behavior for more effective training. The Jetson Orin Nano is the computing platform, facilitating seamless communication between the robotic dog through the Robot Operating System. Motivated by dog's inherent imitative behavior and explores its application in training.This system effectively enables dogs to recognize human gestures, simulating the behavior of a robot dog. In future generations, given the declining birthrate and the reluctance of young people to marry, the system can replicate dog movements, offering simulated companionship.
