Designing the organizational structure of construction

Building construction organizational structures is aimed at creating appropriate conditions for the cooperation of construction staff in order to complete a specific construction object. It should be associated with the process of organizing and allocating work, decision-making rights and resources to individual construction participants, along with providing appropriate resources so that they can perform their tasks correctly and safely.
