Abstract
The article proposes a “decentralized trust” in a digital law hybrid model, combining blockchain mechanisms and traditional legal institutions. The article describes the infrastructure, code-normative, management, ethical, and compliance layers of the platform with DAO management, “code as law,” and a legal interface for integrating on-chain and off-chain processes. The decentralized identities mechanisms, reputation tokens, AML/CFT, and GDPR checkers are included. A thematic case of issuing “green bonds” with automated escrow, environmental control, and DAO referendums is considered. The voting mechanisms and reliable dispute resolution onchain and off-chain effectiveness are shown.
