Abstract
In order to promote the performance of Energy Internet (EI) through source-load-storage coordination (belonging to bottom control means in energy management), we proposed two different energy charging policies based on whether considering the residue energy constraint at the end of previous day, i.e. cycle policy and non-cycle policy. In this paper, we designed the basic principles and proceeding of the two policies, and compared their performance through MatLab. From these results we can see, that both policies have comparable performance, and the running time of cycle policy is shorter than that of non-cycle one, but the designed complexity of inner compensating algorithm for non-cycle policy is less than that of cycle one. As basic function modules, these algorithms could be effectively used in upper-layer applications of EI coordination as preliminary innovations.
