Current Scenario of Online Education: Opportunities and Challenges

We know that Corona Virus has affected the whole World. Lakhs of people have lost their lives and Crores of people have been affected due to the Pandemic COVID-19, across the globe. In this research paper, I have tried to focus on Online Teaching- Learning Process: Opportunities and Challenges before teachers as well as students. Online Teaching- Learning Process was also there before the Pandemic COVID- 19. But it was limited. Companies like Byju?s, Dexler Education, Educomp Solution, IGNOU, Simplilearn etc. have been making available the study material online with the help of Software for students. Some teachers and professors have nothing to do with technology. For them, it is far away to conduct online classes. Many teachers are good at technology and they can make effective use of Online Teaching- Learning Tools. They will be able to converse with students. It will help them in their work. It is good for them to have a sense of satisfaction. It gives them a feeling of satisfaction when they can teach a student. It makes them feel good. It allows them to teach. It has a positive impact on the student self-esteem.
