Crime Types Prediction

The results show that the XGboost algorithm performs best and that spatial, temporal and weather features do indeed play a significant role in crime type classification – for example, drug crimes tend to happen on sidewalks, late in the evening and in cold temperatures, proposing that specific ‘drug dealing crime team resources’ should be matched according to these specific spatial,poral and weather forecast details.
