Crime Classification Algorithm for Mining Crime Hot Spot and Cold Spot

In this work, the groundwork results of a crime forecasting model developed in association with the Tamil Nadu police department are discussed and the improvement of spatial and temporal crime data is shown to create consistent crime forecasting.
