Conceptualizing Personal Knowledge Management Enabler and Personal Knowledge Management Capability

This paper reviews related literature that leads to developing a conceptual framework on Personal Knowledge Management Enabler towards Personal Knowledge Management Capability of individuals and identifies three independent variables namely Knowledge Concept Awareness, Knowledge Retention Practice and Knowledge Retrieval and Utilization Practice.
