Computer-based rhythm and timing training in severe, stroke-induced arm hemiparesis.

This study provides preliminary evidence suggesting efficacy of computer-based rhythm and timing in chronic stroke, and shows reduced arm impairment, perceived quality of life, and perception of overall recovery.
