Comparative Analysis of Regression Techniques for Accurate House Price Prediction Using Machine Learning: A Statistical Analysis Method

Accurate house price prediction is crucial in real estate. This research aims to build a reliable house price prediction model using regression techniques. We evaluate model performance through 3-fold cross-validation and employ the mean R2 score as the evaluation metric, measuring predictive capacity. The top-performing model undergoes hyperparameter tuning. Our findings shed light on the effectiveness of regression techniques in house price prediction, identifying the most accurate model.
