Abstract
This article is devoted to issues of planning, organization and management of resources in order to successfully achieve goals and complete project tasks using the example of a system for monitoring public problems. The public problem monitoring project provides an opportunity for residents of cities and settlements to report existing public problems that cannot be solved on their own and to monitor the process of solving them. In the process of research, the functional roles of project executors and their responsibilities were defined, an information model was built, intermediate stages and results of the implementation of the public problem monitoring system project were determined. The calculation of time parameters made it possible to determine the duration of the project, to establish works with zero time reserve. The construction of resource distribution diagrams, taking into account the general distribution, made it possible to change the start and end dates of non-critical works in time, which will allow for an equal distribution of the resources’ usage. The result of the developed project is a web application, access and use of which is carried out using the global Internet network.
