Bronquiolitis obliterante con neumonía organizada y enfermedad de Crohn

Extraintestinal respiratory manifestations in inflammatory bow el disease (IBD) are rare. We present a case of bronchiolitis oblit erans organizing pneumonia (BOOP) in a patient with Crohn’s disease, with clinical remission with no drug therapy.
