Assistive IoT: Enhancing Human Experiences

In this chapter, after considering the scale and the effects of sensory impairments, dementia, and aging, the main views on disability will be presented and detailed discussions on how technology in general, and the IoT in particular, can be of value in enhancing human experiences and quality of life are led.
