Asset Management System

The Asset Management System is a full-stack webapplication designed to efficiently manage and trackorganizational assets such as laptops, mobiles, andother equipment. The system provides a centralizedplatform for asset creation, updating, deletion, andmonitoring, along with maintaining a detailed historyof all asset-related activities.This project is developed using the MERN stack(MongoDB, Express.js, React/Next.js, Node.js) andimplements secure authentication using JSON WebTokens (JWT). It also includes Role-Based AccessControl (RBAC), where different users such asAdmin, Manager, and Employee have specificpermissions and access levels. Admins can manageall assets and view history, managers can handle assetoperations, and employees have limited access.The system supports advanced features such assearching, filtering, sorting, and pagination forefficient data handling. Additionally, an asset historytracking module records all operations performed onassets, ensuring transparency and accountability.Overall, this project enhances asset utilization,reduces manual effort, improves data accuracy, andprovides ascalable solution for modern asset managementneeds
