Abstract
The Moroccan context is becoming increasingly marked by high inflation, as well as risks of recession following the health crisis. Moroccan companies need to adapt their supply chains (SC) to strengthen their resilience and support their competitiveness. Morocco, as a strategic logistics hub in Africa, is also a key player in critical sectors such as the automotive industry, agri-food and others. Artificial intelligence (AI) is beginning to penetrate the supply chain and is set to develop significantly at various levels especially if we want a smart supply chain (SSC). This literature review analyzes the technological advances in AI applied to the supply chain to optimize it and make it a smarter, more resilient supply chain (RSC). It highlights the key applications that can help companies fix their strategies in the face of economic and logistical disruption.
