Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming supply chain management by providing innovative solutions to challenges such as inventory management, route optimization, and demand forecasting. However, the wide variety of AI tools complicates the selection process. This paper proposes a structured selection framework using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), evaluating alternatives based on cost, performance, scalability, integration ease, support, and security. The approach enables companies to make informed, optimized choices, enhancing supply chain performance and efficiency.
