Articular manifestations of rheumatic fever in adults.

It is suggested that this syndrome in adults with a syndrome indistinguishable from childhood rheumatic fever with few cardiac findings and an arthrutis that had a characteristic pattern may be more properly termed "poststreptococcal arthritis."
