Abstract
As artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly, its application in bioinformatics has deepened, creating new opportunities for research into plant immunoinduction. This study provides a systematic review of the current state of AI application in this field, focusing on major computer technology breakthroughs in bioinformatics, such as machine learning and deep learning, and successful case studies in areas such as gene expression analysis, regulatory pathway analysis, and biomarker discovery. The challenges currently facing research are also analysed, including bottlenecks such as data quality, model interpretability, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Looking to the future, the deep integration of AI with gene editing and biotechnology, alongside the synergistic use of smart agricultural equipment, is expected to deliver more efficient and precise solutions for plant immune induction, thereby promoting sustainable agricultural development.
