Abstract
Currently, in the context of a rapidly evolving economy and increasing competition in the market, companies face the challenge of improving their business process management efficiency and cost optimization. To achieve these goals, one of the most effective tools is the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. However, selecting the right ERP solution for consolidated groups of companies is a complex process that requires a thorough analysis and justification. This article aims to provide an analytical framework for selecting the optimal ERP system for consolidated companies. It will present a methodology for comparative analysis that takes into account the specific needs and requirements of these organizations. The goal is to help companies make informed decisions about which ERP system best suits their business objectives and goals.Research materials and methods included the study of existing approaches and methods for selecting ERP systems, an analysis of the experience of implementing ERP in large corporations and consolidated groups, as well as expert interviews with professionals in the field. Based on this data, a comprehensive methodology was developed, which included multi-criteria analysis, the hierarchy analysis method (MAI), and scenario modeling. The results of the study are presented in the form of two structured tables, which compare the key criteria for selecting ERP systems for groups of companies, as well as the results of a comparative analysis of five popular ERP solutions on the market. These solutions include SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, 1C:Enterprise Management 2, and Galaxy ERP. The proposed methodological approach and analysis results can be used by groups of companies to help them make an informed decision when selecting an ERP system, and to improve the efficiency of their implementation process. The results of a comparative analysis of the five leading ERP systems demonstrate the advantages of the domestic 1C:ERP solution, which has the most complete and in-depth functionality, high scalability and reliability, as well as significant experience in successful implementations in large holdings.
