An Introduction to Category-based Equational Logic

This paper surveys category-based equational Logic, which generalises both the theoretical and computational aspects of equational logic and its model theory (general algebra) far beyond terms, so as to include Horn clause logic; all variants of order and many sortedEquational logic, including working modulo a set of axioms.
