An empirical examination of factors affecting college students' proactive stickiness with a web-based English learning environment

The empirical results show that computer self-efficacy, system characteristics, digital material features, interaction, learning outcome expectations and learning climate are critical affecting factors in determining student learning gratifications with WBEL, which is crucial to a college student's proactive stickiness with the WBEL system.
