An analytical study of performance appraisal system of the selected information technology enabled services (ITES) companies

This research comes up with a view that the respondents of the selected ITES companies are in agreement with their existing performance appraisal system, and deductive/inductive analysis of the qualitative and quantitative data for arriving at desired results.
