Adrenal hemangiomas: angiographic appearance of a rare tumor.

The radiographic finding of phleboliths, when present, with the characteristic angiographic appearance of hemangiomas, allows the radiologist to correctly diagnose this benign tumor preoperatively, and where surgical risk is high, prevent a serious operative procedure.
