Adoption of artificial intelligence in operations management

This study provides a forum for rapid evaluation of the works describing the theoretical and practical application of AI methods in operations management and reports some novel aspects of AI used for a real-world engineering application towards solving problems, increased productivity, and improved customer satisfaction.
