Donna R. Baldwin, MSN, is the Assistant Executive Director at Trinity HealthCare Services Home Health Agency in Memphis, Tennessee and functioned as project leader for implementation of a computerized clinical documentation system based on point-of-care data entry with 140 laptop computers in the field.
