Abstract
Insomnia has emerged as a significant occupational health concern among Information Technology (IT) professionals, driven by chronic stress, erratic schedules, and extended screen exposure. This study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic potential of Gelsemium sempervirens in LM potency for the treatment of insomnia among IT professionals, a population often affected by chronic stress and disrupted sleep patterns due to high occupational demands. Conducted as a nine-month observational study, participants diagnosed with clinical insomnia received individualized homeopathic treatment with Gelsemium sempervirens in LM potency. Sleep-related outcomes were systematically assessed using the Bergen Insomnia Scale (BIS) and detailed sleep diaries, focusing on key parameters such as Sleep Onset Latency (SOL), Wake After Sleep Onset (WASO), Total Sleep Time (TST), Sleep Efficiency (SE)
