A Robust Multi-Agent System for Land Registration Using Blockchain Technology: Enhancing Transparency, Efficiency, and Security in Property Management

Traditional land registration systems are often plagued by inefficiency, corruption, and lack of transparency. This paper proposes a Robust Multi-Agent System (MAS) integrated with Blockchain technology to transform land registration into a decentralized, secure, and transparent process. The system introduces autonomous agents-Verification Agent, Transaction Agent, and Audit Agent-each performing distributed tasks using smart contracts deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. The proposed framework enhances record integrity, reduces manual errors, and improves transaction speed. Comparative analysis between conventional, blockchain-only, and proposed systems reveals significant improvements in transparency, scalability, and fraud prevention. The results confirm that MAS, when coupled with blockchain, can redefine the reliability and efficiency of national land registration systems.
