Abstract
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is one of the chronic neurological disorders that causes mobility and cognitive impairments. Managing its symptoms becomes challenging even after giving advanced medical management. This review highlights emerging rehabilitation technologies robotic exoskeletons, Xsens, virtual reality, biofeedback, and Russian current stimulation which show promise in improving function and quality of life in MS. Early evidence supports their benefits, especially in moderate to severe cases, though cost and accessibility remain barriers. Further research is needed to confirm long-term effectiveness and guide clinical use.
