STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF EKKLESIYAR YAN’UWA A NIGERIA (EYN)’S NUMERICAL GROWTH

This paper presented a strategic analysis of the numerical growth of Ekklesiyar Yan’uwa A Nigeria (EYN).  EYN is a prominent Christian denomination in Nigeria. Adopting a historical analytical approach, the study explored the factors contributing to EYN’s growth. It equally identified factors which militated against the numerical growth of EYN Church. Growth in EYN is measured in different ways. It is revealed that EYN has been growing fast within these few years. A church will grow if everyone is actively involved in the affairs. Both Positive and negative predictors of numerical church growth were highlighted by the study. The results brought to limelight the importance of contextualized ministry, effective leadership and social responsibility among other factors in driving numerical growth. The study concluded by highlighting great opportunities in its recommendations for EYN’s future growth and development.
