It is demonstrated that AI implementation significantly enhances service quality across all measured dimensions, with overall service quality scores improving from 3.87 to 4.13 (p<0.001).

Abstract

This study looks at how Artificial Intelligence, or AI, plays a part in boosting service quality for people using mobile services. It also covers managing stress between work and life for women working as academicians in Madurai District. The research uses primary data that came from structured questionnaires given to participants. It examines how services powered by AI affect satisfaction among customers and the settings where academics work. Results show that AI does make services more efficient and quicker to respond. Still, adopting it in an effective and balanced way turns out to be key for cutting down on stress from work and life. That approach also helps promote better well-being overall. Bringing Artificial Intelligence, known as AI, into mobile services has really become a game changer in today's work settings. This study, based on real data, checks out the two main effects of systems enabled by AI. It focuses on improving service quality and handling stress from work and life. The respondents total 400, with 300 being mobile users and 100 being women academicians, all in Madurai District located in South India. The methods include structural equation modeling along with comparative analysis. Findings indicate that putting AI in place greatly boosts service quality in every area measured. Utilizing structural equation modeling and comparative analysis, findings demonstrate that AI implementation significantly enhances service quality across all measured dimensions, with overall service quality scores improving from 3.87-4.13 (p<0.001) [1]. After AI was put into place, there were big increases in work-life balance (M=4.02±0.98 vs. M=2.88±1.25 before implementation, p<0.001), stress reduction (44.2% improvement), and productivity enhancement (effect size d=1.28) [2]. However, new worries about job security (M=3.25±1.35) and data privacy (M=3.42±1.28) mean that organizations need to be very careful about how they deal with these issues. This research provides essential insights into AI's transformative potential and highlights implementation obstacles that necessitate legislative involvement.
