Knowledge Workers’ Job Performance: The roles of Emotional Intelligence and Affective Commitment

The results show a significant positive relationship between knowledge workers’ affective commitment and their job performance levels and indicate that organizations should focus more on fostering affectivecommitment of knowledge workers that is the underlying mechanism between their emotional intelligence and job performance.
