Abstract
The article analyzes the issue of the digitalization of the construction process in the context of amendments to the Construction Law Act. It presents key solutions such as e-Budownictwo, e-CRUB, the Electronic Construction Logbook (EDB), and the Digital Building Logbook (c-KOB), emphasizing benefits such as streamlined procedures, greater accessibility, increased transparency, and reduced bureaucracy. The article also highlights challenges related to digitalization, including technical limitations, low digital competencies, data protection issues, and the parallel operation of traditional and digital systems. Despite these challenges, digitalization is inevitable and requires continued investment, training, and standardization of procedures.
