Abstract
Depression is one of the most critical public health challenges worldwide, affecting over 260 million people. Despite increased awareness, early detection remains difficult due to social stigma and limited access to mental health professionals. Social media platforms, where users openly express emotions, provide valuable signals for early depression identification.
