СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ТИПІЗАЦІЇ, СТАНДАРТИЗАЦІЇ ТА ІНФОРМАТИЗАЦІЇ БІЗНЕС-ПЛАНІВ

The article investigates the modern features of business plans creating in Ukraine and abroad. The purpose of the article is to determine the main approaches to the formation of the structure, basic standards development and application of information technology in business planning processes. The study revealed that business plan provides effective coordination of the main functional subsystems of the business actors in order to ensure a positive economic result. The business plan is the main element of the business project, which forms an action program to achieve a certain economic and / or social goal. In turn, the diversity of business projects determines the complex system of business plans classification with a number of grounds, including the subject composition, scale, amount of information, planning deadlines, confidentiality etc. All this necessitates the standardization of business plans structure and methods of developing. In business practice, several methodological approaches to business process planning are used, which are developed by specialists of well-known international organizations, banking, commercial and consulting structures and have different degrees of complexity and purpose. It was found that in Ukraine there are no uniform approaches to the business plans development, and its regulatory support needs to be supplemented and updated. At the same time, national project management standards are applied in many developed Europian, American and Asian countries. Since business planning requires the processing of a significant amount of data of different nature and complexity, the feasibility of active use of modern information technologies is proven, which can significantly increase its efficiency and ensure maximum efficiency, clarity, variability and assessment of potential risks. A functional analysis of the software and online resources used in businesses practice for business plans creating both in Ukraine and abroad, and which vary significantly in volume and methods of data submission and processing, the level of training involved for their staffing, as well as the cost of use.
