ĐO LƯỜNG MỨC ĐỘ HÀI LÒNG CỦA SINH VIÊN VỀ CHẤT LƯỢNG GIẢNG DẠY VÀ DỊCH VỤ HỌC TẬP TẠI TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC TRƯNG VƯƠNG

This study comprehensively assesses the level of satisfaction of full-time students with the quality of teaching and learning support services at Trung Vuong University (hereinafter referred to as the University). Through a quantitative survey method combined with qualitative analysis and data collected from 573 students currently studying at the University, the research results show that the level of student satisfaction is generally very high in all surveyed aspects, with average scores ranging from 4.561 to 4.690 on a 5-point scale. However, the study also points out some areas that need priority improvement, including: learning facilities, learning support services of the University and the untimely publication of learning results. Based on that, the study proposes three groups of recommendations in order of priority: (1) Upgrading learning facilities, especially the WiFi and air conditioning systems; (2) Promote the digitalization of the grade announcement process and develop online learning support services; (3) Increase investment in faculty training and update teaching content. These results provide important empirical evidence for policy planning and improving the quality of education at the University, and contribute to supplementing the knowledge base on evaluating student satisfaction in the context of higher education in Vietnam.
