Antibody-mediated inhibition of MICA and MICB shedding promotes NK cell–driven tumor immunity

These antibodies inhibited tumor growth in multiple fully immunocompetent mouse models and reduced human melanoma metastases in a humanized mouse model and reactivates antitumor immunity.
