要旨
In the context of "made in China 2025" and "industry 4.0", the application research of intelligent manufacturing and process design of intelligent workshop are in full swing. In this paper, according to the production mode and requirements of B group, and based on SLP theory, the rationalization of workshop layout and logistics is realized. At the same time, eM-plant is used to simulate the production workshop layout and logistics before and after optimization. The research results show that the optimization of workshop layout and logistics based on SLP theory improves production efficiency, reduces equipment failure rate and improves operation efficiency.
