The research project "The relationship of the Cyberwar with Interstate War Classic: case study Estonia, Georgia and Iran" plans to build a perspective from which to analyze the cyberwar as new capacity of States to achieve national interests through use of force and how this phenomenon of cyberspace itself is aligned to the classical premises of interstate war.
