Lockdown: Backdoor Defense for Federated Learning with Isolated Subspace Training

Lockdown is presented, an isolated subspace training method to mitigate the poison-coupling effect in Federated learning, and achieves superior and consistent defense performance compared to existing representative approaches against backdoor attacks.
